A triple port aspiration endoscope to enhance and facilitate simultaneous laser lithotripsy, vision enhancing irrigation and aspiration of fragments in a continuous flow environment using patient specific endoscopes based on gender and each individual’s specific ureteral distensibility.

Force Sensor technology
A real-time force sensor for tracking instrument passage into the ureter. Utilizing Boyle’s Law, the sensor alerts the urologist when a ureteral dilator, access sheath, or endoscope is within the safe zone thereby precluding tears of the ureter which, without a force sensor have been noted to occur in 13-24% of cases (but with a force sensore occur in only 0-2% of procedures).
